Course Description: This unit provides the student with the competence and confidence to to Manage First Aid Services and Resources.

Objectives: Effectively Organise the set up and ongoing management of First Aid Services and Resources.

Course Content: This course provides the skills and knowledge to Manage First Aid Services and Resources in relation to:

• Managing a first aid room or facility
• Maintaining equipment and first aid supplies
• Coordination of first aid care until the attendance of emergency services
• Communicate the essential incident details verbally and in writing
  Debrief and evaluation of an incident

Assessment: Assessment will be performed progressively throughout the course using demonstrations of practical skills, scenario’s and short answer theory questions.
